Ordinary jacketed reactors require very high heating and cooling power for effective temperature control due to the tremendous amount of heat loss from the lack of insulation.( No Vacuum jacket).

Why choose ASAHI double jacketed reactors?
ASAHI double jacketed (triple wall) reactors can run at -90°C without having any frost buildup, therefore the process can be monitored at all times.
The well –insulated vacuum jacket allows faster temperature changes and a greater
temperature range
The process temperature can be precisely controlled with minimal heating and cooling power due to the well- insulated jacket and the baffles. The baffles before the heat transfer fluid to circulate evenly throughout the jacket. As a result, the largest possible heat transfer area is achieved.
ASAHI reactors are designed without any dead space to ensure that all components drain completely.

Glass baffles force the heat transfer fluid to circulate evenly throughout the jacket, as shown by the dotted red line.
Reactor is equipped with an additional outer vacuum jacket which minimize heat loss to the atmosphere.
ASAHI reactors are designed without any dead space to ensure that all components drain completely.
Glass bellows are provided to avoid any heat related stresses.
